Design concept by SubQ. Northgate is not a real clinic and no appointment can be booked. See who built it

Testosterone and peptide therapy · Colorado

You have felt off for two years and been told your labs are normal.

Normal is a range built from everybody. It is not a statement about you. We run the full panel, read it against how you actually feel, and tell you plainly whether treatment is likely to help or whether something else is going on.

How it actually goes.

Four steps, about three weeks from first appointment to a decision. There is no sales call anywhere in it and nothing is prescribed before we have your bloodwork in front of us.

01

You talk to a physician

45 minutes · video or in clinic

What you have noticed, how long it has been going on, what you have already tried and what your previous labs said. You will be asked about sleep, alcohol, training and stress, because those explain a great deal of what people arrive assuming is hormonal.

02

You get the full panel drawn

Any Quest or Labcorp · results in 3 to 5 days

Drawn in the morning, fasted, because testosterone moves through the day and an afternoon result is close to meaningless. If you have had labs in the last ninety days, send them and we will not repeat what we do not need to.

03

We go through the results together

30 minutes · you keep the report

Line by line, on a shared screen, with the reference ranges and what yours actually mean. This is where a lot of people find out the problem is thyroid, iron, apnoea or sleep, and that testosterone was never the answer.

04

If treatment makes sense, it starts

$145 a month, medication included

Shipped from a Colorado licensed compounding pharmacy, with the protocol written down. Bloodwork again at week six and week twelve, because the follow-up is the part that decides whether this works.

What we measure, and why.

A total testosterone number on its own tells you very little. It is the free fraction, what is binding it up, what your body is converting it into and what your thyroid and iron are doing that explain how you feel. Most panels ordered at an annual physical include four of these thirty two.

You get the full report as a PDF whether or not you become a patient, and you are welcome to take it to your own doctor instead.

When we will tell you no.

We turn away a meaningful share of the people who book, and it is worth knowing that before you pay for an appointment.

If your levels are genuinely fine, we will say so and spend the appointment on what else might explain how you feel. If you are trying to conceive in the next year, testosterone is usually the wrong move and we will explain why. If what you are describing sounds like untreated sleep apnoea, depression or a thyroid problem, that gets dealt with first.

We also will not prescribe above a clinically sensible dose, and we do not treat anyone under 25 without an endocrinology referral. If that is what you are looking for, there are clinics that will, and we are not one of them.

Who you will actually see.

Dr. Priya Raghunathan

Medical Director · Internal Medicine

Fourteen years in internal medicine before moving to hormone health full time. Sees every new patient at the first appointment.

Dr. Marcus Oyelaran

Physician · Endocrinology

Trained in endocrinology at Colorado. Handles the cases where the thyroid or pituitary picture is doing more than the testosterone is.

Elena Vasquez, NP

Nurse Practitioner

Runs the week six and week twelve reviews, and is who you will reach when something needs answering between appointments.

Straight answers.

Is this covered by insurance?

The consultation is not. The bloodwork often is, and we send the order through your insurance first so you only pay the difference. We will tell you what that is likely to be before the draw, not after.

Do I have to come to Denver?

Only if you want to. Appointments are by video for patients anywhere in Colorado, and the blood draw happens at whichever Quest or Labcorp is nearest you. The clinic is on 16th if you would rather come in.

Am I on this for life?

If you start testosterone, your body reduces its own production, and coming off later takes a managed taper and some months of feeling worse. That is a real decision and we would rather you understood it at the first appointment than the second year. Some people choose not to start once they hear it.

Can you prescribe peptides?

Some, where there is a clinical reason and a licensed compounding pharmacy can supply them legally. We will not order research compounds from the internet on your behalf, and we will tell you honestly which of the things you have read about have evidence behind them and which do not.

What if I want to stop?

You tell us, and we write you a taper. There is no contract, no minimum term and nothing to cancel by phone. You keep every result we have ever run for you.
